El Laboratorio de Biotecnolog\u00eda Aplicada al Desarrollo Sostenible tiene como misi\u00f3n contribuir al avance cient\u00edfico y tecnol\u00f3gico mediante la investigaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de soluciones biotecnol\u00f3gicas de triple impacto. Para alcanzar este objetivo, los proyectos se enfocan en la conversi\u00f3n de recursos biol\u00f3gicos renovables en productos como aditivos alimentarios para animales y biofertilizantes. En este contexto, la utilizaci\u00f3n de recursos renovables, como los desechos agroindustriales, para la producci\u00f3n de bioproductos, junto con la implementaci\u00f3n de herramientas biotecnol\u00f3gicas (microorganismos y enzimas) para su procesamiento, desempe\u00f1a un papel cada vez m\u00e1s crucial en el cumplimiento de varios de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de la ONU.<\/span><\/p>\n
